About Spin the Wheel
Spin the Wheel is a free online wheel spinner — a visual, exciting way to pick a random option from a custom list. It brings game-show energy to everyday choices.
You can use this random picker wheel for almost anything: choosing what to eat for dinner, picking a winner for a giveaway, assigning tasks, or spicing up classroom activities. Simply add your options and let gravity and friction do the rest.
The spinner wheel handles up to 12 custom options. It uses realistic deceleration physics, building suspense as it slowly ticks toward the winning segment.
Tips & Strategy
- The more options you add, the thinner each slice becomes, so trim the list to only the choices you truly need to make the result easier to follow.
- For lists you reuse often, like lunch menus or presentation order, set them up once and just swap out the items each time you spin.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many options can I add to the wheel?
You can enter anywhere from 2 up to 12 custom options. Unneeded entries can be removed or edited at any time before you spin.
Is the result truly random, or can it be rigged?
The wheel uses realistic deceleration physics as it slows and stops, so the outcome can't be preset or rigged. That makes it fair for giveaways, menu choices, or picking winners.
How do I spin the wheel?
Tap the center of the wheel or the 'Spin' button to start it turning. Once it comes to a full stop, the winning segment is highlighted large and clear.
