About Rock Paper Scissors
Rock Paper Scissors is the classic zero-sum hand game played around the world. Now you can play rock paper scissors online against the computer anytime.
The rules are universal: Rock crushes Scissors, Scissors cuts Paper, and Paper covers Rock. It's a game of psychology and luck. Can you predict what the computer will throw next?
Our rock paper scissors game tracks your consecutive winning streak. Try to beat your highest score. The computer plays completely randomly, so every match is a fair test of your luck.
Tips & Strategy
- Because the computer throws at random, mix up your choices each round rather than leaning on one favorite shape.
- The pressure grows as your streak lengthens, so aim to break your personal best and pick carefully on every single round.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the win and loss rules in Rock Paper Scissors?
Rock crushes Scissors, Scissors cuts Paper, and Paper covers Rock. Throwing the same shape as the computer results in a draw.
Is there a pattern to the computer's choices?
The computer plays completely randomly, so there's no predictable pattern to exploit. That keeps every match a fair contest of pure luck and psychology.
How does the winning streak work?
Each win increases your current streak, and your highest streak is tracked too. A single loss resets the streak, so try to keep it going as long as you can.
