Run the 100m Dash! React to the starting signal, alternate left-right taps to build speed, and stop the clock at the finish line. Free browser running game, no download.
Nail the start, then alternate taps to keep your pace to the finish line!
100m Dash is a free online sprint game where two skills decide your time: a razor-sharp start and a steady tapping rhythm. Wait for the signal — jump early and a false start adds a costly time penalty.
Once the race is on, alternate the left and right pads (or arrow keys) like pumping your legs. Each clean alternation pushes you faster, but drag constantly slows you down, so only a sustained rhythm keeps you near top speed. Mashing one side does nothing.
Your finish time is measured to the hundredth of a second — reaction time included — and your fastest run goes on the global leaderboard when you sign in. Runs instantly in any browser, completely free, no download.
After READY, the SET phase holds for a random delay before the signal fires. Tap during SET and it's a false start: 0.30 seconds are added to your final time and the start sequence re-arms, so patience at the line is worth real hundredths.
Speed only comes from alternating left and right, like real strides. Repeated taps on the same side are ignored, so find a two-thumb rhythm you can hold for the whole race instead of mashing.
Three things: a clean start with no false starts, a quick reaction to the signal, and a tap rhythm you can sustain. Speed constantly decays, so a steady 8+ alternations per second beats short bursts.
