How to Play Fruit Merge
- Drag left and right (or move the mouse) to aim the drop position.

- Two identical fruits that touch merge into the next bigger fruit and score points.
- Game over when fruit sits above the top dotted line for a few seconds — keep the pile low!
About Fruit Merge
Fruit Merge is a drop-and-merge physics puzzle. Aim with your finger or mouse, release to drop a fruit, and watch two matching fruits pop together into the next bigger one.
Seven fruits build the chain: cherry, strawberry, grape, tangerine, apple, melon and watermelon. Bigger merges score more, and creating a watermelon pays a huge bonus — merge two watermelons and they burst for even more.
The jar fills fast. Keep the pile below the dotted line: if fruit sits above it for a few seconds, the game is over. Plan every drop, chain your merges, and chase the global leaderboard.
Tips & Strategy
- Keep the same fruits near each other and drop big fruits toward the corners — a tidy jar leaves room for the chain reactions that score the most.
- Don't hoard large fruits in the middle. Building your melons against a wall keeps the center free for new drops and saves you from the deadline.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make a watermelon in Fruit Merge?
Keep merging pairs up the chain: cherry → strawberry → grape → tangerine → apple → melon → watermelon. Creating a watermelon pays a big bonus, and if two watermelons touch they burst together for an even bigger one.
Why did my game end when the jar wasn't full?
The dotted line near the top is the limit. When any settled fruit stays above that line for a few seconds, the round ends — a fruit briefly passing the line while falling is fine.
Can I play Fruit Merge on my phone?
Yes — it's free and runs right in your browser with no install. Drag to aim and release to drop; on PC you can use the mouse or the keyboard.

Fruit Merge is a physics puzzle about contact order and space after landing. A small fruit trapped between large ones can become difficult to match later. Let the pile settle before choosing the next drop, then check where a matching fruit can actually reach it.
