2. Accounts Google sign-in is optional and used only for rankings. You may delete your account and
all server-stored records at any time from your profile.
3. User Obligations You must not manipulate rankings through unfair means (automation tools, score
tampering, etc.) or use offensive nicknames. The Operator may remove records or restrict access
without prior notice in case of violations.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE'. The Operator makes
no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or error-free
operation.
5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not
be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or
records) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. As a free service, the
Operator's total liability is limited to what cannot be excluded by law.
6. Advertising The Service may include third-party advertising such as Google AdSense. The Operator
is not responsible for ad content or transactions with advertisers.
7. Changes to These Terms The Operator may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted on
the Service.
